 As an independent contractor/employee you control your days and hours you want to work to earn great money.   You are your own entrepreneur.

• You are at least 24 years old.
• You possess a valid driver licenses and carry proof of insurance and appropriate policy of liability coverage by law.
• Independent contractors can be a parent, caregiver, teacher, college student, nurse. 
• You as a Zoomer acknowledge and agree to become an employee or independent contractor.
• You will only accept rides and Services using the vehicle that has been inspected and reported to Zoom. A photograph will be taken of you and your vehicle for our records. Any change in vehicle must be reported immediately to continue service. 
• As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your schedule and rides.  
•  To become a Zoomer and use the service you have to provide your name, address, phone number, and email, we do not make any guarantee that you will become a Zoomer until all provisions have been taken to secure accurate records through background checks, reference check, criminal motor vehicle background checks,  
• You will obey all laws and will be solely responsible for any violations of laws and regulations.   
• In the event of a motor vehicle accident, you will be solely responsible for all contacts with your insurance carrier.
• The caregiver will escort the Senior from the front door, make sure the Senior has his/her keys, secure the locked door, and escort them into the vehicle.
• The caregiver will stay with the Senior upon request for an additional fee.
• The caregiver will comply with Zoom's zero-tolerance policy against drug and alcohol use while the service is being conducted.
• As an independent contractor you control days and times you would like to work. 
• Zoom does not discriminate against religion, race, creed or sexual orientation.
• Zoom is a web service provider for your use as an independent contractor to increase your income.
• Caregiver's vehicle will be clean, not older than 2015, with 4 doors for easy access. 
• The caregiver will carry an umbrella for rainy days 
• Caregiver will play Classical music while driving with a Senior
•  Big smiles are appreciated by Seniors
