 Trish drove my mother to and from the airport. I wasn't available to take her myself but wanted someone I could trust. I was very impressed with Trish and her professionalism and her kindness toward my mother. She followed up with me after drop off and made both my mom and I feel at ease.  Ms.Manzo, the proprietor of Zoom concierge is the most caring and compassionate woman I have ever known.  She truly treats her clients with tender loving care.  She has a genuine concern for the safety of her clients and instinctively knows when you need her help.  She will keep you amused and entertained with her lively banter and always has a smile.  Trish is the real deal.  She is truly lovely and full of kindness.

Trish has really made a difference for our assisted living program residents. She provides a tremendous high quality service of transportation, caretaking and companionship for our seniors when they need help, staying with them during doctor’s appointments (for example), keeping them safe and feeling safe, with their needs met & happy in so many ways!
